We offer wide assortment of Steel Geared Power Driven Chaff Cutter that is fitted in Heavy Angle Iron Frame that is mounted om angle legs and braces to bolt the machine easily on the floor. In order to change the motion (Reverse & Forward) instantly we use the bevel pinion gear system, which helps us the user to chock easily with the machinery. Our product has the facility to change the gear lever, which are hardened duly. We also provide bearing to the main shaft of the machine. To start the machine it is required to fill the gear box with 200 to 250 ml lubricating oil number 90 and also it is suggested to keep the outer box greased. For efficient cutting we recommend to keep the blades sharp and distance of 1/16'' or 1.5mm between blades/ Our product is ideal to chaff Sugarcane, Jawar, Maize, Barseen both dry and green.
